Cancellation of order

I had received a text message last night stating my broadband order had been cancelled for no reason after already waiting to be connected since 15th December 2021. My order status is also showing a fault with my line even though this had already been checked. I have attempted to cancel any further orders and terminate my contract as I have not received a service in weeks of signing up and cannot sustain this as my family work from home but I keep getting hung up on after waiting 30 odd minutes on the line.


On this basis, please cancel any further orders as I will be switching to a reliable provider who has already confirmed they will have me up and running next week.
