Broadband

I recently joined Plusnet and my order has been placed. On my email it says once it’s active and complete on the 2nd we will email you and let you know. And then says my engineer visit is on the 22nd of July. I was wondering if that means I will have broadband on the 2nd?

Normally yes the broadband service should be activated on the day of an engineer visit to install a phone line. I'm sorry to see that we didn't place a simultaneous (dual) order so that happens, and it looks like you've cancelled as a result.
