No sign of new router?

Hi,

I ordered a new router over 3 weeks ago, and although being told it would only take 10 days to arrive, there’s still no sign of it. Unfortunately I have been on hold for over half an hour to customer services and can’t hang around any more.

 

the ticket number opened at the time was 202459096

 

if any Plusnet personnel could have a look at the status of the issue and email the address on the account to let me know where it may be that would be greatly appreciated!
