Broadband activation

Hi,


Switched from BT and the switch over day was today, I've had a text to let me know my telephone has transferred, but still waiting on broadband.

Any idea how long this takes?

This downtime wasn't mentioned as part of the switchover :/

Hi Nick.

From what I can see your account activated shortly after you made this post.

Line tests are showing no issues but we can't see an active connection.

Can you factory reset your router by pushing a paperclip into the reset hole at the back for 20 seconds letting us know how it goes?
