Broadband activation

Hello, I've moved home and order broadband on 11 July, but still there is no message of broadband activation. I was told it would be activated at the latest on 30 July. Not possible to reach your prov team by phone and I cannot track the order myself. Could you help please? Cannot work from home 😞
