Broadband Activation Query

Hi,

I switched to Plusnet recently and, according to the correspondence I've received via text/email, my activation date is due to be today (04/10/2022). I understand that this can happen at any point up to midnight however I can't see any confirmation of that on my dashboard and wanted to confirm all was going ahead as planned. How will it be communicated to me when my line is activated?

My previous provider (talktalk) appears to have deactivated my line today and I currently have no access to the internet. I had a truly terrible experience with my previous provider that took several weeks to fix and in light of not having to go through anything like that again just wanted to clarify that my order is being processed and there aren't any problems/delays.

@shaunkenclark 

As you have an urgent query I would suggest that  you call Plusnet as the staff are, on average, taking 3 days to get to a post these days.

Ex - Plusnet Customer (2009 - 2023) now with BT
