My activation has come and gone and still no router. I have no internet, tv, phone etc. I have tried several times to call Plusnet but the line says 'the line is closed'! Please let me know if you get any success in contacting them and on what number you managed to get through on. Hope you get your router in time. Fingers crossed.
This is terrible, is there not an ombusman or other body we can contact? I cant live without internet, I need it for so many things. I really regret coming over to Plusnet now. What do we do? Any suggestions?

@dawn2311 I can see one of my colleagues from our complaints team tried to call you earlier and sent you an email.
I'm really sorry to see your service hasn't activated yet.
I've checked your order and it looks to be stuck in the supplier systems. We've chased this up with our suppliers helpdesk this morning and we've been advised this should be sorted before midnight tonight.
Can you let me know tomorrow if you still can't get online so I can investigate further?
