Fibre activation plan

Hi, with the call centre down I’m struggling to get an update on my change from Sky Fibre to Plusnet Fibre. I think that today was supposed to be the target date, but I can’t find a record. However, I woke today to find that Sky has disconnected my internet and phone (which was a bit of a surprise!). I have my Plusnet router, but I don’t know how long I will be without phone and internet access. My order status is at the “activating line” stage with no date. Thanks, Chris

Hey @chrisy1972,

I've just taken a look into this and I can see that whilst I was investigating, the orders completed and the services are now live! If you setup the router (or reboot it if it's already plugged in) you should be good to go Smiley
