Upgrade to unlimited fibre

My upgrade to unlimited fibre should have taken place today, but it hasn't and I now have no internet connection at all. Tried chatting to Plusnet via online chat and they were most unhelpful. Has anyone else had problems with upgrade? Not a very good service - thought the switch over these days was seamless!
