The engineer came to my new flat today at 8AM to connect my broadband.
The router is blue and appears to be connecting, it is recognised on my laptop and phone - however it says that no internet is available.
How long does it take approximately for Plusnet to authorise/activate my broadband after this so I can start to use my router and have wifi access? I recognise it is only Midday now, but I didn't think it would take this long.

It can be anytime up to midnight for the final bits of the jigsaw to be completed.
Normally an email is sent to confirm connection but things have changed under Covid limitations.
