Activation delay

I placed an order for telephone line and fibre broadband on the 3rd September.  Phone line was activated within 48 hrs - no problem there.  Initially the go live date for broadband was 13th September.  This mysteriously changed to the 23rd so I contacted plusnet chat.  Was told it was def now going to be 23rd September.  Now it's changed to 'Order sent to supplier' and I am told it's now the 26th because 'Openreach didn't bother to keep their appointment'.  I'm getting the runaround. I feel like cancelling before I've even started.

Thank you for taking the time to contact us today.

I am sorry to hear about the delays with the order and I can see that it is committed for tomorrow the 26/09/2017 and can take up to midnight to complete. I will check this throughout the day as well tomorrow to check on the order for you.
