Activation date error message

Hi, was hoping to get some clarification on my expected activation date? Currently I just have the {strCustActivationDate} error that seems to happen sometimes. Finding it difficult in our new apartment at the moment without broadband or mobile data. Thanks!

Apologies for the lack of communication fro our end here:@mooneyb3, I'm not sure why our system hasn't sent you the activation date.

I've had a look at the orders though and can confirm that your broadband is due to go live at any point up to midnight.
