Hi I'm being charged for out of contract broadband,when I log into my account it tells me a problem has occurred and I have an order in progress(which I haven't).
No one is answering any off the customer service numbers.
Any help would be appreciated😬

@Shirleyann41 Welcome to the forums. Unfortunately there is a massive glitch in the Plusnet system that means even when you have no orders pending, the very creaky system thinks you have. This means that there has to be manual intervention to clear it, usually actioned by Help Team staff on here.
Hopefully this will get picked up tomorrow for you.
