Activating your line

Just switched to Plusnet Fibre Unlimited with an activation date of 20/10/17. Old JohnLewis Broadband disconnected midday Friday (20th) but no activation from Plusnet. As CHAT and PHONE don't seem to be providing any more information other than I will get a text when the service is available, can anyone from Plusnet give me an update why activation couldn't take place on the 20th as advised?

It looks like your broadband order completed today and your service is back online.

 

Apologies for the delay. Everything working now?

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.
