Activating Rewards Card: Purecard - Connection Failed

Trying to activate my Rewards card:

1. Although I have received my card, I haven't received any activation email

2. Plusnet FAQ says "please visit www.purecard.com to request that it's re-emailed to you": Connection Failed Error Code 20

3. On the back of the card is days "go to www.plusnet.purecard.com": Connection Failed Error Code 20

4. Tried just purecard.com : Connection Failed Error Code 20

5. Tried just plusnet.purecard.com: Connection Failed Error Code 20

6. Tried different browsers: Connection Failed Error Code 20

7. Tried via 4G Internet rather than Plusnet: Connection Failed Error Code 20

This hardly inspires confidence in Purecard.  So how do I activate the card please?

I had the same issue the site eventually worked for me I activated and I’m still waiting for the email with activation in. Should have recieved it within minutes 24 hours later I’m still waiting. Contacted plus net and pure card still no response
