Activating Phone Line

Hi I wondered if anyone can clarify that my order is progressing ok. In my order tracker it says activating your line but the date is showing as {strCustActivationDate}.

I've had a text saying it should be live on 6th April but I just want to make sure it's not been lost in the system, as I'm designated a Key Worker and should be working from home but can't until the Order is set up.

I appreciate it's hugely busy at the mo but this was a week ago now. Any update at all would be helpful seeing as I'm being constantly chased by my employer for an update

Apologies for the delay in responding and for any inconvenience this may have caused. From checking your orders it looks like both your phone and broadband are scheduled to complete on 06/04/20202
