Activating Phone Line

Hi I wondered if anyone can clarify that my order is progressing ok. In my order tracker it says activating your line but the date is showing as {strCustActivationDate}.

I've had a text saying it should be live on 6th April but I just want to make sure it's not been lost in the system, as I'm designated a Key Worker and should be working from home but can't until the Order is set up.
