Account Error

Hi,

 

I think I've broken my account slightly by changing plan before initial billing.

It seems to be similar to posts like this https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Account-Billing/An-error-has-occurred-You-can-t-change-your-product... where the error is:

An error has occurred
You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress.

I want to add an add-on, so with this error I can't proceed in doing so.

When your order is complete you should then be able to add the 'add-on'.

 

However, if the add-on is a Static IP then I think you'll need the intervention of a staff member.

That should be sorted for you now. The product change was stuck, despite having already completed.
