£75 gift voucher

Hi,

 

I signed up to Plusnet on 6th May, and was connected on 9th May.

 

In the emails I've received since, there's been nothing about the £75 voucher. I was at least expecting some notification about it.

 

Is this normal?

Good Luck with that, same happened to me. When I contacted them they said they would send a cheque and will be with me within 10 days.  That was 3 weeks ago ...

Initially online, but now that option has disappeared.  Eventually someone called and said a cheque would be posted but nothing has arrived and no confirmation anything is or has been done.
