£75 gift card for switching

Hi, I can already see numerous similar reports of customers over recent years switching to Plusnet for broadband with a £75 reward card incentive promised, but there being no mention of said reward card upon the completion of the switch. My switch was completed on 24th October 2025, is someone at Plusnet able to advise at all? Thank you.

What did the communications you received say?

The reward claim email will be sent circa 10 days after the service goes live.  You then have 30 days to make the claim and the card will follow.

The vast majority of posts around here arise from chasing too early.  Reward schemes always seem to drive impatient behaviours.

There have been occasional gremlins … but folks never return to say that those were sorted.

There are hints about issues with the £140 rewards … which I just happened to raise with the business over the weekend.

Hello, I haven't as yet received any communication on the gift card, but it was being advertised and offered when I began the process.

As @Townman has advised above, you should receive an email about your Reward Card within 10 days of your service going live, so you should receive this by Monday.
