Hub 2 for FTTP install?

Got install booked for monday.

will my current hub 2 be used as i haven't had details of anything else coming. (900mbs)

will be quite handy if so, as i'll be able to get it resituated this weekend

Yep, your current Hub2 is the latest and current hardware.

The only difference is that you will need an Ethernet cable to use in place of the current DSL lead.

As I understand it, in the past you either  gota DSL and yellow ended Ethernet cable, or no DSL cable and both yellow and red ended Ethernet cables. Not that the colour of the plugs are relevant.

I managed an upgrade for a friend, who is a BT customer a few months ago, they sent him just a red ended Ethernet cable.

OK. I got a DSL cable and (I think, it was a long time ago) and  a 2m Ethernet cable with my TG582n ADSL routers from PN and ditto with the Fritz!Box from Zen.

got one from the hub2 box, but have a few 3m patch leads kicking about also.
