update name after marriage

I need to update my name after marriage.

Seems this is not possible via updating details after logging in, but needs to be done via staff raising a ticket. And no, I do not wish to make contact via X or phone PlusNet. 🙄

plusNet staff, please provide a link where I can upload documents - assuming copies of new passport and marriage certificate will be sufficient?
