Can't set up direct debit

New customer to Plusnet and was surprised to get a message that I hadn't paid my account this month - I don't remember this happening when I changed my ISP last time.  I'm now trying to set up future payment details but their website comes back with an error at the appropriate page.  Anyone else having similar problems?

@tangatanoa That sounds strange - usually, you set up payment once you have accepted the contract. I suggest you contact Plusnet by phone and sort this.

I think they've got a bad link in their website.  Went via another route and got it sorted.
