I've had money taken by plusnet for service transfer/signup which doesn't seem to be going anywhere. Plusnet staff have made encouraging posts on forums, but it's obvious that the sign-up has gone wrong and nobody is fixing it. All I was doing was transferring from John Lewis to Plusnet, which should have been simple. Clearly paying a years line rental to Plusnet in advance by credit card was a huge mistake. All plusnet have done is process the credit card payments and direct debits.
Can you please advise how I go about getting the money back, and to who I make written complaints now Plusent is owned by BT?
I am very disappointed in Plusnet, which seem to be peculiarly awful, especially the customer service.
