My phone and Internet were dead from the 8th right through until late afternoon on the 18th Jan 2016. Phoned customer services and complained about loss of service. Was told I would get a reimbursement and a payment for being stressed. Still Internet is not been reset so works properly and have been billed for full month without any reimbursement. Please can u rectify this matter or going to write to omnissbusman. I'm am well and truly stress out over everything. Have recently had a heart bypass and told plusnet needed phone for emergency but took 11 days to be put back on.
Hi kevbad1 OK I have looked into this for you and I can see that the fault from ticket reference 117651099 was reimbursed as you will see from the bottom comment. I can now also see that you have now raised a new fault regarding the continued issue and this will be investigated shortly.
