no reimbursement as promised verbally

My phone and Internet were dead from the 8th right through until late afternoon on the 18th Jan 2016. Phoned customer services and complained about loss of service. Was told I would get a reimbursement and a payment for being stressed. Still Internet is not been reset so works properly and have been billed for full month without any reimbursement.  Please can u rectify this matter or going to write to omnissbusman.  I'm am well and truly stress out over everything. Have recently had a heart bypass and told plusnet needed phone for emergency but took 11 days to be put back on.

OK I have looked into this for you and I can see that the fault from ticket reference 117651099 was reimbursed as you will see from the bottom comment. I can now also see that you have now raised a new fault regarding the continued issue and this will be investigated shortly.
