Ok, hacked off isnt the start off it , after nearly 3 hours of calls back and forth, having my router off for an hour and still noone can fix this. I have a static IP before anyone says it so the 65min thing doesnt work.

 

PLUSNET sort it out or ill just put in for a leave to another provider and go to them instead.
