dws1900 Return

Many moons ago I was a regular on this board, with the handle dws1900. I am still with plusnet, now on fttp. I wish to get access to my original account on the board, cant remember the password, have entered a request for a password change, no emails. I think maybe the reason for this is I gave up the plusnet address and registered my other email address in My Account, thinking the forum would be accessible, sadly not. Is it possible to reestablish the access to dws1900, and drop dws1900s. I know this isn't the correct place to do this, but I cannot find another way to do it.

What is the email provider of your other email address?

The reason that I ask is that I recently tried to change my forum email address to one provided by Microsoft, but the verification email didn't arrive. I changed my email to a different provider from Microsoft and the verification email arrived OK.

Just a thought.

google.com. I know the original account is still active as all my previous posts are visible.

No, and I never received a password change message, and spam has been checked.

The old plusnet address was dropped when Plusnet changed the email server.
