Bill extension

Is there anyone who could help me with my dilemma. I switched to plusnet I've paid my first bill but I have since switched jobs and now im unable to pay my bill until my first wage comes through as ive went from weekly to monthly but never received a last week from my old job as I wasn't in due to illness. I've got mobile data so im able to get online here but it isnt letting me call im guessing its not a free number and I have no calls. I'm doing some work from home and have my kids also so im really panicking about my situation
