I'm having this issue today.

Please fix?

Also, I noticed that this seems to be a recurring issue... here's one random example of previous forum threads, one of many that are similar and newer:

Please fix whatever's causing this recurring error. It's bad for you and bad for us.

Hi Warwick, 

Thank you. It turned out that the system failed to register my payment and didn't automate the un-restriction process; the system also failed to send me a billing reminder this month AND restricted the account prematurely. 

Something's not right with the billing system (which seems to be the common problem at the moment). I hope Plusnet fixes it eventually.
