Unable to renew Line Rental Saver
For the past week I have been trying to renew my Line Rental saver which expires on 9th Jan. All I get is a message saying that Line Rental saver cannot be added at this time and that Customer Services cannot help either. A chat message revealed that billing was suspended, but no reason or explanation given, and no indication as to when the issue is likely to be resolved. Neither is there any indication of an issue on the website. What is going on?
