Upgrade/renew options

I am getting this message when I go into the offers and upgrade tab in my account? Any ideas, my contract is up and I am being charged an extortionate monthly price, almost £30 more than when I was in contract, but now can't get into chose a renewal contract? Customer service is dismal.

We were unable start your order, this appears to be caused by the products in RBM not matching the active products on the account please confirm this and raise accordingly if this is the case.

@higgins1c I don't know what 'RBM' is, but at a guess, the Plusnet accounts system has got itself in a mess. I'll ask for this to be moved to the correct board, and hopefully one of the Help Team will pick it up soon.

Ring the Customer Options Team on 0800 013 2632 during office hours. They should be able to sort this out for you.
