As the 'Extra' was advertised as £80 I assume you will be paying out £95?

As the offer was advertised by Top Cash back as £95 the price discrepancy would need to be escalated to them . In regards to the payout of this offer as per our previous response we would not be able to honor any additional cashback.

Hi, tcb should be in contact with you soon regarding my claim. (once they send over next batch)
To quote my ticket reply.
"I can confirm that at the time of your purchase they were offering £95 cashback on Unlimited Fibre and Homephone 38Mb purchases"
So you clearly have a difference of opinion.
Do you still deny you were offering £95? (whether in error or not)

TopCashBack is effectively acting as an agent of Plusnet rather than simply being a comparison site therefore Plusnet is also responsible for any misrepresentations that may have taken place.
I cannot believe how long it is taking to put right such an obvious problem for which Plusnet will be able to financially benefit from by gaining new customers due to them having been lured in by a false promise.
I certainly now deeply regret subscribing to Plusnet and will immediately exercise my right to leave before the end of the eighteen month contract without penalty charges as soon as Plusnet in any way make any adverse changes to the service (Price increase, reduced service level etc.) as allowed for under Ofcom rules.

I'm with you on this.
No doubt the claim process will take months. Already waited a month & now have to wait for the next batch to be sent over (who knows when this will be) Then tcb/plusnet will displute it.
Plusnet could have amitted defeat & kept a customer happy.
(whether the fault lies with plusnet or in some way tcb)
Conveniently failed to tell me they disputed it while in cool off.
At the very least my wrongly tracked cashback could become confirmed?
Then I'll at least feel confident I'm getting something.
Appreciate if this is done ASAP.

I have exactly the same issue. My claim was on ice, but now waiting on retailer, although £80 is now showing as payable.
I wouldn't go as far to say I'm going to leave Plusnet over it, but it is annoying all the same. Although, going by this thread, not looking too promising about getting the extra £15 owed...
