Hi All,
Quick question, I have just ordered full fibre and would like to know if I get to keep my static IP?
I have had it pretty much since I joined PlusNet and would hate to loose it.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

@DerekW Yes, you keep the static IP on a product change. There has been the odd hiccup, but posting any problem on here means the forum staff Help Team can sort it if needed.
