Reward card activation issue

Hi,
I have a problem with my reward card.
I received my reward card yesterday and went through the process of activation.
Once I got to the the end of this process I got another email from Purecard saying:
Hi
We're just getting your card activated and set up.
Once it's ready, we'll send you another email to let you know, and then you can start spending!
This email so far has not turned up, I tried to call both Plusnet and Blackhawk but being the weekend they are closed.
I will call again on Monday but just wondered in the meantime if anyone has come across this and found a solution.
