Reward Card - Wrong Deal!

After having ordered Full Fibre 145 I did not receive a reward card.  When I phoned I was told that I had made an error when ordering and selected Full Fibre 145 without reward card.  I was told I would have to provide evidence that I had requested the deal with the reward card for the matter to be escalated and as I had no evidence there was nothing more that could be done.   I asked how it was possible for me to select a different offer to the one presented that did not include a reward card.  The operator said I must have started another session and selected a different offer to the one I had seen on screen and that I should have noticed that the one I selected was different.  This suggests that there are two very similar offers, the only difference being the inclusion of he reward card. Although the monetary amount is not high, I feel that something is wrong here.

That does sound very odd. There is enough advertising , etc about the reward card. How could it be possible there is two different sign ups . I do wonder if they have broken advertising rules. Also think the call taker could have done more for a new customer.

Seems Tina 11192 is the person to sort this , and seems a number of reward card issues..
