Reward Card Expired

Dear Plusnet

I am writing to you via this forum as I can’t seem to find an email contact anywhere.

I have recently gone to use my reward card which I believe had nearly the full opening balance intact on it only to find it has expired. I contacted Purecard who asked me to contact you directly.

Could you please get in contact with me regarding this thanks.

Hey @stevenkok1

I have had a look into this for you and found that the reward card was claimed on February 11, 2024. Please note that the card is valid for one year from the date it is issued. Once it expires, any remaining balance cannot be transferred to another card. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Hi @stevenkok1 Thank you for getting back in touch, we don't have an external email address to provide in these instances unfortunately, I would suggest you contact our Billing department, whom also deal with the Rewards cards, the contact number on 03301239123.
