Same issue, have confirming email from PlusNet stating now resolved - all lies. Have now complained to Ombudsman as nothing is or will happen going through PlusNet

I am truly sorry for the ongoing lenghty delays, currently there is a widespread issue with the date been submitted affecting the distributions of the reward cards. There is a supposed higher level team dealing with reward card issue (0800 587 2677) but the role out of excuses to not issue the reward cards continues. I have a confirmed email from 27 April stating that a cheque will be issues in 5 to 10 working days? No cheque yet and of course they (PlusNet) don't wish to resolve or end the issue because by declaring an end you can then go to the Ombudsman. So as long as the case is open PlusNet can almost go on forever stating that it will be resolved in 5 to 10 working days. I've already had 3 confirmed conclusions to receiving the money - still waiting and of course you can't reply to any of their emails - only phone calls. Good luck because I don't know anyone who has received their reward card?

Upon looking through your account, it appears a solution may have been implemented some weeks ago, can you please confirm if you have received the reward or not? @Ok44 I have forwarded a query to the back office team to ascertain the status of your reward and we will be in touch in due course with an update.
@boblocke I can see you have a complaint that is actively being dealt with by our higher level escalations team, with that in mind I will leave it in their capable hands as to not supersede their work. In the meantime I would like to extend our most sincere apologies for the time in which it is taking to resolve.
