£75 Plusnet reward card

Hi,

When we signed up we were advised to go for the higher speed and we get a £75 reward card which made sense.

Can you please tell me how we get the reward card please.

Hey @Tricki007 thank you for taking the time to contact us, I hope you are well.

I've looked into this and I can confirm that the claiming email was sent to you on 07/05/2025 and there is a time limit of 2 months for the reward to be claimed, can I just point out the email address inputted on here and on the account differs, and the claiming email would be linked to the email address we have on records on our systems. 

I'm sorry that this is not the outcome hope for and genuinely sympathise, I assure you have taken all the steps necessary before coming to this conclusion.
