Return your router

I'm getting messages asking me to return my router. I'm not even aware that ive left Plusnet. I know my contract has expired and I've moved to the variable rate as I've just not had time to sort this. I definitely haven't request cancellation of my internet. I need this to work from home. Not sure what's going on.

Sorry for the confusion, feel free to ignore the request we've sent. It looks like it was on the back of when we created a new account for you last year and closed your original account due to a system issue we had.
