Could you please once again remove the restrictions placed on my account the second my payment failed. This has been an ongoing issue for a long time and seems to be getting worse. I can't get onto the plusnet site, every other internet site comes with a warning that revocation information is missing, if I can get onto it at all, and my wifi has been removed.
Most of my clients are self-isolating due to this virus so I now have to deal with a severely limited income and I really don't need this too.
