Hi, I ordered broadband for new apartment which I was supposed to move in on 8 April.
My letting agent told me the move was off so I called up to cancel my order yesterday. The letting agent then called me again and told me the move was now back on but at a later date. I've been trying to call endlessly to reinstate the order before it goes through the system but I can't get through to anyone. Any other way of getting through to them?
