On my account it says "Your exclusive offer is available now. Take a new contract from just £26.99 a month." I click on Offers and Upgrades to get this deal, but there doesn't seem to be anything I can click on to get this deal.I tried phoning but they were very busy and I didn't have the time to wait until someone was available. I was wondering if I had to do something to get this contract. Thank you.

Managed to get through quicker than I thought to renew my contract. Everything is now sorted. I am not sure how to delete a post (or if its possible) so leaving this reply instead. Apologies for the inconvenience.
