Renew service error

Hi

In October/November last year my broadband deal came to an end and I received an email asking me to sign up again for a discounted rate.

At the time I followed the emails instructions and signed up, today when looking at my bank statements I have been charged £43.50 since November last year? When I try and check my details in my account or see my package all I get is a warning saying an error has occurred you currently have an order that is being processed?

Any help with this? Not happy that I've been paying extra if I'm honest
