Refund

Hi, I ordered a package a couple of weeks ago but then ended up cancelling to take advantage of the new cheaper PN offer for the package that came out just a few days later. All this was done on the phone and fine however I've just remembered the original months fee they take by card when you order....obviously I should have this refunded right? (as i paid it again obviously when I re-ordered at the new price) I can't recall if this was ever mentioned or what when I sorted this cancellation/reorder but as of now I've not had a refund and wondered if this just takes a while to process normally or if i should give them a nudge? To be fair it has been less than a week.
