Query regarding unexpected charge on my latest bill


Hello Plusnet Support Team,

I’m writing to query my latest bill, as I’ve noticed a charge that doesn’t seem to match the price agreed when I changed my contract.

When I agreed to the new contract, I was informed that the monthly cost would be £31.99, and that any price increase would only apply from next year. This was also confirmed in your email about changing my product.

However, my most recent bill shows a charge of £47.99, which is higher than expected.

Could you please clarify:
• Why my latest bill is £47.99 instead of £31.99
• Whether this includes any one-off charges, overlapping services, or charges related to my house move
• When the new contract price of £31.99 will fully take effect

I’d appreciate it if you could provide a breakdown of the charges on this bill.
