I recently cancelled my account with Plus net after being with them for about 20 years (when they were force9). I deleted my payment details to make sure they didn’t have them on file after recently being scammed elsewhere.
Today I got an email to say I was £7.29 in credit.
It can’t be reissued to me as there are no payment details on file and it now says I can’t edit the account to re add them either.
Is there any way of sorting this without having to do through the tediousness of calling customer service? I also need to keep my line free as my father in law is currently dying and I’m awaiting updates.
Thank you in advance.

Fixed! Go to the fix.

This is why bank DD accounts should be left open until final bill has been issued, you're far from the first to fall into this trap. Sadly I think the only way to remedy this is via the phone.

Hi there,
Firstly, I’m sorry to hear about your father in law, sounds like an awful situation and I hope you get through it alright.
You should receive an email shortly to provide your bank details so you can claim the refund.
Failing this, we’d issue it as a cheque.
If there’s any issues, please let me know.
