Problem with New Contract

Hi Plusnet,
I was perusing a new renewal offer online from you moments ago for my broadband said to be £26.99 per month and then I received an error message. I then received an email saying I had signed up to broadband at 34.99 per month before add ons. Please could you cancel this? I do not want this. I notice also that on the Compare the Market site this same service is advertised at 22.99. Please can you confirm that it has been cancelled. Thank you.

As you will be, I think, within the 14 day cooling off period, you should be able to cancel, but you can't do it here regrettably.

I'm pretty certain you'll have to download the cancellation form from here :

and send it off signed for registered mail.
