Plusnet letter about moving to EE after contecting plusnet to stay with plusnet for just internet

Hi so I need a little bit of help, I contacted Plusnet to stay for broadband internet instead of moving to EE, I called Plusnet customer services and was told that would be fine to stay with Plusnet for just a broadband package. I don't need telephone.
After contacting Plusnet on the 16th via telephone to stay I have today received a letter from Plusnet dated the 20th saying my service is being moved to EE for broadband internet and telephone service, I contacted Plusnet to stop that.
Could someone please look into this and find out what is actually happening? And if possible keep me under Plusnet for just broadband. I do not want to be with EE.

But why are you being moved for start with have they said your moving over or have you stated a EE tv package?

The telephone landline network is being upgraded and the old system is being shut off so my old phone and router won't work anymore, thats fine I don't need telephone anyway. I only need internet.
I got the first message via email from plusnet saying that they are moving me to EE unless I contact them.
So I contacted plusnet to ask to just have broadband with out phone calls. They said that they could do that and I wouldn't be moved to EE.
I got a letter today from plusnet saying they are moving me to EE, This is a week later after my call to customer services saying that I wouldn't be moved to EE and that I'd be staying with plusnet on a broadband service only.
There's no TV packages involved, I'm not interested in Television. I spoke directly to plusnet customer services so this isn't supposed to be happening.
So thats why I'm here asking if an agent could please look into this for me and find out whats actually going on.

We don't have account access here on the Community Forum, however, there is a chance that the letter was prepared and sent before you had contacted Customer Service.
For your peace of mind I recommend giving Customer Service team another call to confirm that you are indeed staying with Plusnet for your broadband services, without the landline phone service.
