Has my account closed?

Hi I cancelled my broadband account on 7th April as I was moving in with another family member. 

When I login to the website it says my contract has ended on 21st April which is what I was told. However the latest bill mentions my next payment will be on 19th May and no mention of the contract being closed. Can someone on here check if my account had closed? 

Also I thought I'd have to return the router but have not received any message about this so far.

@jones88 I take it from that your normal billing date is the 19th. So when April's bill was generated the account wasnt closed. It wil have generated a normal monthly bill. Now that the account is closed, you should receive a final bill within 21 days of the account closure date. This bill should be in credit and should cause a refund for the period 21st April to 19th May.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Yes normal bill is on the 19th.
