Plusnet full fibre 900

My contract is due for renewal and will be staying on full fibre 900 as before why does it say I need an Open Reach engineer visit when it's the same product

Re: Plusnet full fibre 900

@Stever2 If this is a straight renewal of an existing contract/product, it is clearly wrong - without posting any personal details, can you attach a screenshot of the page where it says this?

Re: Plusnet full fibre 900

You'll need an Openreach engineer to visit your home to activate your service.

Just so you know...
If you miss the appointment, the engineer can't access your property or you cancel without two working days' notice, you may be charged an extra £65.

Re: Plusnet full fibre 900

That is not quite what I asked for. A screenshot of the actual document/page saying this would be much more helpful.

Re: Plusnet full fibre 900

I havent been through the renewal process for a long time, but my 'guess' would be that its standard text to cope with all situations. Not very clever if it is though...

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Re: Plusnet full fibre 900

Fair enough, @MisterW , but as the OP hasn't posted an image of where this 'information' is...
